Her curiosity for the human experience, combined with her own healing journey ignites her desire to create safe, connective, healing experiences for others. She is passionate about empowering herself and others to resource and reclaim their independence. She is the mother of four beautiful children and finds her greatest joy in growing alongside them. Kristen believes in the infinite possibilities within each of us.
